Adhirasam – A Traditional South Indian Sweet
Adhirasam is one of the traditional sweet which we prepare during Diwali in Tamilnadu. We cannot imagine Diwali without adhirasam. The trick for making good adhirasam lies in the syrup (pagu) consistency. I made adhirasam this Diwali and here is my recipe for making adhirasam.
