Orange Peel Kuzhambu

We often eat oranges and throw the orange peel. This recipe uses the peels of orange to make a tasty and tangy kuzhambu. Orange peel contains good amounts of provitamin A, folate, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B6, and calcium.
