Mangalore bonda is a simple tea time snack which originated from Mangalore, Karnataka. Mangalore bonda is crispy from outside and soft on the inside. It tastes well when it is hot. Goli Baje is made from maida flour, curd and some spices, which is then fried in hot oil.
