Traditional Sarson Ka Saag

My son’s all time favourite vegetable is potatoes. Whatever dish I make with potatoes, he finishes off very fast. Aloo Dum is one such dish which he likes the most. With the tanginess of curd and simple masalas, this dish tastes very good.

As yesterday was sunday, I thought of making a very good side dish for chapathis in the evening. As I was going through my kitchen, I saw lobia in a box. Then I tought of making something out of lobia. Then I ended up doing Lobia Rassedar. The gravy was very rich and tasty.

Kaddu (Yellow Pumpkin) Ki Subzi

Usually, south Indians add pumpkins in sambar or kootu. I heard this recipe from one of my friends. This recipe is very easy to make and it tastes differently with rotis. Pumpkin is one of the low calorie vegetables and has many anti-oxidant vitamins like vitamin A, C and E.
