Crispy Thattai With Fried Gram

Thattai is a traditional South Indian snacks. This thattai is made with fried gram flour mixed with rice flour. The addition of fried gram flour makes the thattai more crunchy and tasty. I have already posted traditional Thattai recipe. This is a slight variation of traditional one.
