Seppan Kizhangu / Colocasia Roast

Ingredients
- Seppan Kizhangu – ½ kg.
- Salt – as needed
- Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp.
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp.
- Oil – 2 tbsp.
- Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp.
Instructions
- Cook seppan kizhangu in a pressure cooker and peel the skin.
- Mix salt, chilli powder, and turmeric powder in this.
- In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- When it splutters, add the seppan kizhangu and keep in low flame and roast.
- Turn once in a while and roast till it becomes crisp.
- Switch off the flame and serve with hot rice.
