|Cut plantain stem||– 1 cup|
|Grated coconut||– ½ cup|
|Green chillies||– 2|
|Cumin seeds||– 1 tsp.|
|Curd||– 1 ½ cups|
|Salt||– as needed|
|Oil||– 1 tsp.|
|Mustard||– 1 tsp.|
|Red chilly||– 1|
|Curry leaves||– 1 spring|
- Grind all the ingredients from plantain stem to salt to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add red chilly and curry leaves to it and fry for half a minute and pour it over the ground paste.
- Your healthy plantain stem pachadi is ready.
