Cut plantain stem | – 1 cup |
Grated coconut | – ½ cup |
Green chillies | – 2 |
Cumin seeds | – 1 tsp. |
Curd | – 1 ½ cups |
Salt | – as needed |
Oil | – 1 tsp. |
Mustard | – 1 tsp. |
Red chilly | – 1 |
Curry leaves | – 1 spring |
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients from plantain stem to salt to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add red chilly and curry leaves to it and fry for half a minute and pour it over the ground paste.
- Your healthy plantain stem pachadi is ready.
