This curry is made of cabbage and peas and is served as a side dish for rice and sambar. It is a tasty and colourful dish. My mom used to make this very well at home.
Ingredients: |

Cabbage | – ¼ kg. |
Peas | – ½ cup |
Salt | – as needed |
Chilli powder | – ½ tsp. |
Water | – 1 cup |
For seasoning: |
|
Oil | – 1 tsp. |
Mustard | – 1 tsp. |
Curry leaves | – 4 or 5 |
Method:
- Heat a pan and splutter mustard and then add curry leaves.
- Add the cabbage, peas and salt and chiili powder.
- Add the water and cook well stirring in between.
- When the water evaporates, delicious cabbage peas curry is ready.
