Elephant Yam is one vegetable which we can keep for long and use. Elephant yam is rich in protein and so it is very good for our health. Elephant yam also reduces bad cholesterol and helps to prevent cardiovascular disease, strokes, and cancer. Elephant Yams are full of great fiber which make one feel full and thus you lose weight. Yam is a natural remedy meant to cure Bowel movement and also aids in constipation, intestinal heat, cramps and so on. Yam also reduces insulin level and thus helps to maintain blood sugar.
