This is a healthy salad made with channa sprouts and vegetables with a hint of curd. The little curd added makes the salad very tasty. This is very simple to make and it is diabetic friendly.
|Cucumber||–||1 (peeled and sliced)|
|Tomato||–||1 (sliced finely)|
|Capsicum||–||1 (chopped into medium pieces without seeds)|
|Cababgge||–||1 cup (Chopped into 1 inch pieces)|
- Clean and chop all the vegetables into big pieces.
- Mix all the vegetables with sprouts and salt.
- Sprinkle the curd and serve the healthy salad.
